MYSpacious and good location
We was forced to delay about 30 minutes (3.30pm) to check in as there was only 1 male worker cleaning the mess. We have to even helped him to clean a little bit.
MYBy far the worst experience I had with my family.
My family and I were excited with our staycation. We arrived 10 mins prior to our check in time, to our dismay, the house was in a mess. We were exhausted from our 5 hour travel and were looking forward to a good rest at the home stay. The place looked disgusting and there was only one cleaner initially still cleaning the house at that late hour. We knew it would be impossible for one cleaner to clean the huge house before our 3pm check in, as the mess was unbearable. We contacted the owner, and she was being uncooperative and dismissive towards our situation. She requested us to leave and to come back at 6pm. Hence, a verbal agreement of not charging us from 3pm-6pm was made. My family and I were so exhausted that we had to waste our time at a nearby mall. At 6pm, the house was finally ready, however, it was a total mess from the start as I had 5 elderly people with us to worry about as well.
SGHouse is big, 3 storeys, therefore everyone has their own space.
Too many cats around outside the house.
MYThe location is near to Penang Attractions, friendly staff make us felt like home. The interior of the house amaze us. The house is so clean and organise. I will recommend the stay to my family and friends.

MYThe house is comfortable and able to cater to our group of friends.
MYIts a three-storey house with 5 bedrooms. 1 bedroom+bathroom on the ground floor near the kitchen, on the second floor got 3 bedrooms (2bedrooms share toilet+ 1bedroom with toilet) and 2 single beds in the living hall, on the third floor there is one big room with 2 single bed and 2 queen bed. The tv is big! The house is just perfect for 17 of us.
Room at the first floor is a bit smelly. Not sure is it because of the toilet or the bedsheet. There is water dispenser but cannot be used. The parking space is limited.
