water dispenser not working
MYthe property is clean~ and everything is okay at 1st.
the house is okay but the management is so so bad. the owner ask for RM300 deposits that will be refunded after 24 hours we provide the pictures of the house condition. that is fine. we even help to wash all the plates and mugs. we left the house in clean condition. but the owner suddenly said the housekeeper sent a picture of a broken glass/ jug. so he said he will deduct RM30 from the deposit for this. RM30 is not the issue but we are not gonna pay for what we're not responsible for. the owner asked us to settle the issue ourselves to deal with his housekeeper. the housekeeper accused us to cause the broken jug. but the jug is not even there in the kitchen cabinet when we arrived. we asked both the owner and the housekeeper to send photo of the jug before it's broken but he then ask us to justify ourself?! the housekeeper initially did not answer our call and off his phone. then when we texted saying we gonna lodge a police report, he answered and showed the video of the broken glass inside of our dustbin plastic bag. this is unlogical accusation. then he play victim by showing he's wearing torn clothes to gain our sympathy after accusing us?? seriously spoiled our day for the last day of our trip
