Superb New Build City Centre Flat and Gym

The property was modern, spacious and clean. It has a lift which was helpful for my elders parents.

It was difficult to find parking close by as there were no spaces. It was a bit further away from the centre of town than I expected.

It was a great apartment which had everything that we needed. It has been finished to a lovely standard - there is nothing that I would change about it.

It was difficult to find the keys on arrival.

El departamento no está preparado para 6 personas. El sofá cama es muy pequeño. No entran más de 5 personas. Uno de nosotros tuvo que dormir en el suelo porque el dueño no nos dio ninguna solución. No recomiendo el alojamiento.

Tidy and had all you need for a short stay. Good location.

Sleeps four comfortably and six at a pinch.

The size and location was spot on short walk into the centres and cathedral Accessible to shops supermarkets for essentials The facilities provided was exactly what we needed

Nothing to complain about parking was in a small lot 50 yards from main door but could see clearly from apartment window

Clean everything we needed was perfect for our needs as I was there with my 80 year old mother

Couldn’t fault it perfect

it was modern , clean and close to the centre of York .. we could walk it each day

there’s nothing i didn’t like about the property

Location is really good being short walk to centre of town. Nice new building, being accessible with lift and level access to flat all the way from road. Super market close by.

Parking not great, probably going to have to find some random street parking. Location of access key lock box not great especially if disabled.
