"Fantastic cottage in beautiful Devonshire countryside!"

Fantastic cottage...perfect for our short stay but it had everything you needed for a longer one and was extremely comfortable. We didn't especially want to leave! The hosts were both extremely friendly and communication good beforehand with clear directions. We loved the comfy beds, fantastic shower and the well equipped kitchen complete with fresh eggs, which were delicious. We enjoyed the dawn chorus and the variety of birds. Beautiful quiet location in Devonshire countryside. If the weather had been better, we would have enjoyed sitting outside more. The hens were lovely and we enjoyed seeing them one by one jump from the tree outside in the morning. We didn't realise that they climbed trees! It was also fantastic to be able to buy extra eggs to take home....

The location is remote and perfect if you want peace and quiet. The cottage is very clean and comfortable. The hosts are wonderful people, kind and attentive. This holiday exceeded my expectations.
