Was a bit cold, as it took the heating a while to go up but not a major issue for us

Easy access to the city centre and convenient parking. We were staying for a gig and the property offered everything we needed for our stay. It was basic but perfectly adequate, and the beds were comfortable.

The thermostat kept disconnecting from the Wi-Fi, which caused the heating to turn off repeatedly. Although I reconnected it several times, it would disconnect again after around 10 minutes, making the property quite cold and a little uncomfortable. The property could also benefit from a bit more dusting, as there was some build-up on areas such as the banister and certain windowsills.

Communication was great. Neighborhood was nice enough. Location was good for us.

The whole place is scruffy and basic at best. Certainly NOT the Luxury described. The heating was 12° when we arrived and never got much higher than 16°. Threadbare carpets. No frills.( Cheap bedding, no lampshades, old towels. Holes in curtains. ) The sofa was like sitting on bricks. The cleaning was adequate in places, but Not thorough. Very disappointed and not happy with the amount we paid for such poor accommodation.

House was in a quite location and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and clean. Towels and linen included plus heating and internet

House was comfortable but looking a little tired inside. Was relatively clean but needed a bit of attention to detail.

The toilet did have a funny smell
