Everyone was amazing, I stayed nude all week and was unsure and not comfortable 🙃 but 2 minutes in I felt at home and the cloths went off!!!!! I was waited on hand and foot. Something special everyday!!!

Staff, clean, above and beyond service and the whole experience.

The breakfast was good some what ,did not got what we ordered some time. It could have been better.

Butler service could have been better.

Room wasn’t ready rooms don’t get cold some of the staff was friendly but some were not.

I love that the property shared property with 2 other properties which broadened my access to the other properties, people and activities.

The resort overall was beautiful with the friendliest staff we’ve met. Grand Lido itself was wonderful and the Butlers and Staff poolside made it a honeymoon to never forgot. We’ve already booked a return

Breakfasts were great

Missed having a beach but you could swim in the ocean by climbing down a ladder. It was wonderful ocean swimming, better than just off the beach where you walk out.

The location is amazing with the best sunset views. My only complaint is that it has no steps from the terrace/beach area to the lower pool and swim up bar.

Not very accessible. The rooms have a tub crossways in the middle making it impossible for a standard wheelchair to get fully into the room
