Personal service experience with our butler and staff. Ricardo helped with every detail of our wants and needs. Everything we asked for, Ricardo came through. The food experience was excellent!! Our room was beyond expectations. The swim out suite will be our goto suite next year.

We are unable to think of one thing we didn't like about our stay at Grand Lido.

All inclusive, so the room service was good, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of good local and theme selections. Scenery was beautiful and we got lucky with excellent weather. Our end of the resort was au natural, and was very comfortable throughout our stay.

We expected a couple only resort, and while mostly true, there was a single male who rented a room, making this a bit awkward.

loved the service, very nice and big rooms, boutique vibe but with access to a huge resort lot

didn’t know this was nudist! we had the swim out pool and stayed with our bathing suits, but didnt stay in the main pools and jacuzzi. so it’s not for everyone.wish the pools and outdoor area would have been cleaner also

The location (really close to all the events we went), the food (wide variety and taste exceptional), the staff especially our front desk ladies Tianna and Tanesia and our butler Oraine.

The wait for room service was very long
