spacious 2 bed apartment in Norwich city centre

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to everything. The apartment was spacious and there was on site parking. Excellent shower.

The TV in the lounge didn’t work properly which was very disappointing and annoying. It would have been lovely to chill out in the lounge and watch tv while having meals but instead we had to watch the TV in one of the bedrooms There was no tin opener! It’s quite a walk up the stairs to the top floor and in hindsight would be a bit of a worry in the event of a fire as there is no escape exit from inside the apartment. The rug in the lounge needs a good clean

The sofa smelt very stale from sweat? Would benefit from a spray/cleaning.

Lovely 2 bed apartment in an ideal location close to Elm Hill and the river. Lots of pubs and restaurants very nearby. Top floor (3rd floor) gave great views of the cathedral spire from the juliet balcony. Good shower and comfortable beds.

Very noisy from people having fun outside the pubs until the early hours on a weekend but that's also a perk to have the pubs so close. Also, and not the fault of the apartment owner as out of their control we expect but there was an intermittent bad poo smell coming from the waste/soil vent pipe in the bedroom wall on one of the days. Maybe comes from another apartment below as being in an apartment block then the pipework most likely is all connected.

Spacious lounge/dining area with patio doors (with low glass panel) view towards the cathedral. Was nice to have a bath tub as well as a shower.

Bedding seemed a bit dated in dark green almost like candlewick bedspread. Windows were mostly velux and we could only operate them by standing on a chair. Bedrooms got really hot so would benefit from a couple of fans.

The property is well located for the city centre and has a bit of a view of the cathedral. It was easy enough to find. The flat was quite spacious and mostly well equipped.

I was a bit annoyed that we had to pay nearly £10 a night for parking at the property. The kitchen had nothing in the way of tea, coffee, salt, sugar etc. Also I am not a tall person and I could not reach the kitchen cupboards or the velux windows. Oh, and the apartment is on the third floor, so that is a lot of stairs.

Good stay , comfy beds , good views , bathroom nice & clean .

TVs seem to have a issues with picture , getting disturbance , maybe a problem with aerial. Netflix worked on it . Parking peoples parking in wrong bays .

Location was excellent It was warm and comfortable Lots of hot water Easy to find and access with the key code and key safe Facilities were as stated

The plates and glasses needed to be washed before we could use them The freezer needed to be defrosted Not quite enough milk for the tree of us but near to shop so it's easy to get supplies.

Location was excellent, 3rd floor was a bit of a pain and didn’t have code for gate to park the car, had to ask someone but a minor blip, overall was great!
