The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The food was good quality and varied. The candle-lit Christmas Eve banquet was amazing. The sauna was large and a good temperature. The bedroom was large and clean. The grounds were spacious and well-tended.

It would be nice to have a steam room in the spa. The live entertainment in the bar in the evening was set much too loud - even sitting away from it across the reception lobby it was difficult to have a conversation with friends. The indoor swimming pool was a good size but could have been a little warmer. The jacuzzi was certainly not hot enough.

Everything about this hotel is great, except for one significant drawback – extreme noise pollution. At night, the music is played so loud that even with the windows and doors closed, the room vibrates, making it impossible to sleep until the music stops, which happens well past midnight every night. During the day, the music by the pool is equally loud, more suited to a nightclub than a relaxing holiday spot. In summary, if you're seeking a peaceful getaway, this hotel is probably best avoided.

BE CAREFULL - Descrition of the room are wrong in Booking. This does a fake description of the room. There is no Sofa-Bed in each room. Seaview are not see view and so-on. Once at the hotel, it was a nightmare that room booked was not the ones they had. Never had such experience with booking. Was a real nightmare to start vacations. Other comment. This is more a 4* hotel than a 5*.

The hotel is very close to the beach, a nice food friendly atmosphere .
