Historic two bed apartment in the City Centre

Very good location! Staff were amazing, very accommodating and very good communication! Did really like the place but there were issues with it, which were bearable for us but may not be for everyone.

Only one out of 4 of us got to feel the shower hot even with the booster, rest of us had freezing cold showers each day. Microwave didn’t work, oven burnt the one thing we tried to cook within 3 minutes to a crisp. The bed off the kitchen was rock hard, killed our backs/sides, had to put the duvet from the bunk bed on top to try and make it more bearable. Also horrible smell in the place the entire time not sure what that was, we had to buy air freshener to deal with it. Nowhere to hang any clothes (all the cleaning stuff is in the one place with hangers).

The bedrooms were nice and comfortable

It was a bit cold and the windows were letting the cold air in.

In the middle of Bristol

Noisy, the apartment was dirty despite paying a cleaning fee. There was no forks, the microwave and bedroom doors were broken and the boiler only worked half the time. I found an old condom on top of my cupboard

The room is clean and well-equipped.

The location was perfect and very lively.

The noise during the night can get a bit much.

Amazing location

The entrance is a dark alley full of commercial waste bins , street is very noisy and due to the property being listed there are original single glazed windows

Nice location

Microwave didn't work, only one cooker hob worked, no ear plugs as menrioned in welcome folder ( no too much of an issue because the the one who had the bedroom by the the street is totally deaf). Hot water didn't happen - boiled kettle for that A TV or radio is often found in such places but none here. Front bedroom had nowhere to hang clothes easily

Great place to stay everything we needed great location

The Location was great, right in the city centre. Was easy to get into and out with door codes and keys. The facilities were all clean and comfortable.

The shower was often cold but that was probably due to their being a group of us. Also the road outside is quite loud if your looking for a quiet place to stay but didn’t effect us at all.
