"The perfect stay in a lovely location."

The welcome given by both Wyatt and Helen was warm and friendly, they were more than happy to assist with local information to enhance our stay, and everything was clean and tidy and of a high standard.

"Delightful weekend in a stunning location."

The location of The Rectory is perfect to explore the delightful village of Lacock and the surrounding area, including Longleat and Castle Coomb. There is ample parking, plenty security and the building is just so beautiful, especially at night. The minute you walk in the door, the floor tiles, the beautiful stained glass, the special little touches and the owner’s warm and welcoming smile make you feel that this was the right place to choose for your break. You can just about imagine all the hard work that must have gone into restoring the Rectory. Thank goodness there are people that chase those crazy dreams and open their doors so that we can continue to enjoy these wonderful buildings that would otherwise be lost. The room was warm, clean and comfortable and the shower was really powerful! Breakfast was lovely - just right and lots of choice. It’s such a lovely place - give it a try! Oh! And The George in town is a cracking pub - give that a whirl too!

We had a fantastic stay at The Rectory, where we stopped for one night during our honeymoon. We were made to feel very welcome with a friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. The building has a great deal of character and has been restored to a very high standard. The cooked breakfast was delicious too.

The Rectory was perfect! Lovely, friendly hosts, clean room with lovely decor and a view of a beautifully kept garden. An easy walk into town with access to great restaurants and outdoor spaces. A perfect BnB!

"Fantastic place to stay and a short stroll into village"

It was clean and the owners were very friendly we got there at around 10 am and they let us park in their car park and we explored the town It was a lovely place to stay and I would go back breakfast was lovely and there were little touches in the room that was lovely

It was all good there were no faults
