Nothing, everything was excellent

A soli tre minuti a piedi dal centro di Lacock, questo splendido manor a conduzione familiare è un’oasi di accoglienza e charme. Il parcheggio è comodo e i proprietari, Helen e Wyatt, sono stati padroni di casa eccezionali: sempre pronti per una chiacchiera, ti fanno sentire immediatamente a tuo agio e trasmettono un’autentica passione per ciò che fanno. L’amore con cui mantengono il B&B si percepisce in ogni dettaglio, sia negli ambienti interni ed esterni, sia nella cura verso gli ospiti e nelle deliziose attenzioni che fanno trovare in camera. La colazione è preparata al momento alla carta, con un’attenzione particolare a evitare sprechi, mentre bevande, yogurt e cereali sono disponibili a buffet. C’è anche uno splendido salotto comune, con una grande vetrata affacciata sul giardino, dove un cannocchiale è a disposizione per osservare la fauna locale, soprattutto lepri. L’atmosfera è magica e rilassante: ci siamo sentiti coccolati come a casa. Torneremo sicuramente, magari in autunno per ammirare i colori delle foglie, che renderanno questo luogo ancora più suggestivo. Un sentito grazie per il meraviglioso soggiorno, Helen e Wyatt!!

The Old Rectory is a beautifully restored historic house just outside (walking distance) Lacock, a simply stunning ancient town. Wyatt and Helen are great hosts, with lots of information about Lacock and the surrounding area. Breakfast was hearty and delicious.

Todo, limpieza, trato, la estancia.

Die Besitzer Helen und Wyatt sind sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie haben uns viele interessante Details zu Lacock und der umliegenden Umgebung erzählt. Das Grundstück und der Garten sind wunderschön und idyllisch. Das Zimmer war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war groß, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (es gab eine kleine Tee- und Kaffee-Ecke mit sehr leckeren Keksen und auch Wasser, Chips und Erdnüssen und sogar Spielkarten 😉).

Das ganze Anwesen ist wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt. Zudem liegt es noch sehr nach am Dorf, so das man jederzeit überall hinkommt. Die Gastgeber Helen und Wyatt sind sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Das Zimmer war einwandfrei und es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und serviert. Zudem gab es noch interessante Hintergrundinformationen zur Umgebung und dessen Bewohnern was wir vorher nicht wussten.

hôtes très agréables et prévenants, logement spacieux,bien équipé très confortable et en plus le village lui même regorge de pépites a visiter a pied, une abbaye, des maisons datant du moyen âge... FORMIDABLE !
