Senza Grand Santana Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

Senza Grand Santana was really enjoyable stay. Food was delicious and always fresh and desserts were work of art, plus bistro restaurant served snacks on elevated level. Hotel is newly renovated, stylish and very clean. Our special request of higher floor was granted and we received probably one of the best room with a beautiful sea view. Staff was kind and professional. Special thanks to Asya who taught us few things in turkish. Hotel has a great sun deck set on the sea.

Big pools, some of the staff (housekeeping) are pleasant

The whole hotel is ancient. The rooms are very old, bad lighting, 2 power sockets in the room, you have to pay for internet and its per device not per room. Half of the elevators dont work, lots of staff constantly trying to get you to buy things. The staff working the restaurant are kind of rude and alway try to shove customers out of the restaurant. The turned of the lights and started clearing away food halv and hour before dinner service was closed. Truly a dissapointing experience.

All of the entertainment in the hotel was in Russian. The music by the pool is loud. When we got there we were greeted by a nice man who wondered if we had a few minutes to talk. He wanted to sell us trips and excursions. We told him that we weren’t interested because we have already been in Mahmutlar for a while and we have tried what we wanted to do. When he realized that we weren’t going to buy something he soon took away the note that he gave us. (The note was his name and number if we had any issues with anything (police, traffic, accident, we got sick++)). He then told us that we would ask in the reseption if we needed anything. He also took his pen and aggressively ruled our names out from his list and his smile was gone. The rest of the stay he ignored us, he avoided any eye contact and moved away when we walked by.

All staffs were helpful. Food was good especially the food served in Bistro was better than that I expected. Maybe they need to be carefull not to use to much oils in the food. Room cleaning was good. Pool was bit cold but afternoon get warmer with help of sun light 🙂. Turkish bath, sauna and steam room was good too but need to improve massaging and aroma therapy session which need to pay extra.

Wifi must be free if it is an all-inclusive hotel
