Staff friendly, food good.

Noise from the pool area during late hours and daytime. Noise from the corridor. Problems with water to shower - cold, even after waiting for several minutes.

Friendly staff, big rooms, relatively decent service. Welcome gift to the guests (fruits and pomegranate wine).

Terrible smell in the bathroom (some issues with sewage). Furnitures in the room are pretty old. Wi-fi is to be paid separately for one device only which is way too greedy - hotel price is high enough to include it. Food is very cheap and simple, I saw no sign of normal meat. Turkey served for lunch was even hard to chew, I think they have chosen the cheapest one. Sunbed mattresses on the beach looking like 10 years old and the beach bar is for money (!) They’re not accepting Revolute cards which is inconvenient for me. Hotel is close to some waste ground area (from one of the sides) where the view is not nice. Also too close to the highway with some intense traffic. All in all you are paying too much while receiving too little.

Great location with a really good buffet view of the sunset.

Some of the staff were rude, the hotel has quite dated interior and rooms. Our room had two ACs, one of them worked good, but it was in the other bedroom, in the main bedroom and living area the AC was not providing enough cooling power even on max power. We ended up staying the night at a friends apartment.

Center city, nice food and personnel

Great selection of food (fruit, veggies, grill, salads). Fun water slides and big pools. Clean and spacious rooms. Overall friendly and helpful staff.

A bit noisy in the evening because of the dance parties. A lot of smoking people outside. A bit complicated entrance to the sea with stones.

First of all-I kindly want to thank for all stuff. People are so very good and helpfull there. It was busy holiday time, a lot of people, but stuff always smile, helping with all your needs, no unhappy faces at all. Animators team just great, boys and the girl doing their best, always fun and making activities. Receptionists always are ready to help in any questions. Very good place, not in overcrowded city center, but there are a lot of shops and restaurants, when you go out. Rooms are good, common places very 👍, there are some shops inside. Teritorry are big enought, but not too big. Pools just great, my son could not get out of children pool, where are waters slides. Main pool very big, there are also very small one for the youngest ones. Food very tasty, always have a lot choose, what to eat. And the very very special place is terrace, where you can have dinner with amazing view of sunset.🥰Mine and my kids holiday was perfect, thanks again, guys, and wish you best of the best.

Extremely tasty food! 5 stars to people working in the kitchen, you are the best in this hotel! Most sweets are strange, not really tasty for me, like plastic, maybe something wrong with sugar. I got 63% discount, and for 30 USD, it was good balance, but for full price, I definitely will not come back. SPA was really great! Many thanks to Gul for excellent consulting, very sympathetic and professional woman.

Strange staff before saying HI they was asking me to leave a good feedback. Looks like people have no idea about hospitality. Level of service middle ages. Cleaning staff was entering my room 3 times a day like in their own house. There is a lot of noise from all wholes... almost 0 noise isolation. No way rest from 10 till 23 disco program will give you no chance to sleep when you want. No card "do not disturb please". People in reception were not polite when I contacted them to get information on how to get the hotel from the airport at midnight. They said the only way is VIP transfer for 100 USD, and if you can't afford it, what are you going to do here? (incredible right) The truth was different the shuttle bus "724 transfer" costs just 15 USD. Old furniture, an old and not beautiful bathroom, a horrible light in the room. No one explained the rules about towels (the card you can have), restaurants (you can visit but have to book), SPA (super discount available). I guess the hotel throws away a lot of food... this is a total disaster!

I think for such prices you won’t find anything better in this area. If you find fault, you can find fault with everything. The guys work hard and they succeed. The rooms are cozy and cleaned every day. There is food on site for almost 24 hours, you definitely won’t go hungry. Every day the animators try their best. The receptionist is very friendly. The pool is clean and well maintained. In general, I recommend it.
