Very little.

This was expensive for what yo got. On a very busy road, which makes it noisy with a constant stream of traffic. Futon in our room we're old and very compressed. This property is run more like a boarding house rather than a home share. One tenant was washing clothes till 2.45 in the morning, and the owner was in the property cleaning and early in the morning. Place needs updating to match the cost being asked.

立地が良かった。伊豆半島の西・南海岸線をゆっくり観光でき交通渋滞も少ない。

隣の部屋の人次第というところはありますが、部屋の壁が薄く隣室の音がよく聞こえる。 寝具の清潔感を期待する人向きではない。

非常にコスパ良く、静かな環境でした。一人一泊で十分な宿です。

WiFiが弱く使えなかった。

It was in a very peaceful neighbourhood and right by the bus station. It was very basic but we had a great sleep. The owner was friendly and happy to answer our questions.

There were no sheets for the bed but I think that was our bad for not checking the property details beforehand.

订了2个房间，房东和气友善，英语沟通流利。民宿设施完善，洗衣机、烘干机、厨房、冰箱配备齐全，生活便利；周边餐饮丰富，临近公交站，出行便捷，沉浸式体验到纯正的日式住宿，特别是和式房间非常好，入住体验不错！

小不足方面：房间隔音效果一般，若隔壁住客音量较大，偶尔会听到说话声；另外房源卫生间数量有限，4人同时入住时，早晚洗澡会稍显紧张，需要错峰安排。
