Waterfront balcony I Grani 4 Resort Style Suite

Location was great , cafes and restaurants near by and walking distance to Piazza Grande and Markets . Train Station only 10 minutes by bus . Appartment was very spacious nice little balcony to eat and have a morning coffee ,had all the amenities to make it a comfortable stay .

Maybe add a broom and dust pan in the appartment and just to check in to see how things are going for people that have a longer stay but that’s not a real problem just a suggestion.

Great location on the canals. Really good restaurants and a bar all just outside the door. Great lounge and comfortable bed. Very spacious apartment. Great little balcony.

Nothing we didn’t like .. maybe put a few more hangers in the wardrobe … possibly slightly more comfortable seats on the balcony but these are only small things.

Everything about my experience was wonderful! First, the host(s) were so communicative and friendly and helpful. The information pre-check-in was thorough and easy to understand. Then, the place! It’s huge, and though the pictures are amazing, it is somehow so much better! It was light, airy, comfy, and had everything I needed. This was just what I needed for a one-night stay in Livorno, and I am so grateful to the hosts for accepting my last-minute booking and making my stay as perfect as possible.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, modern, and most importantly clean and well-maintained. It has everything you might need during your stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine and dryer. On colder days, you can use the efficient heating system, which warms up the place very quickly. The location is another big plus, there are restaurants, grocery stores, and various attractions within walking distance. One of the highlights is the breathtaking view from the apartment, overlooking the canals. Check-in was smooth and easy, thanks to the detailed instructions provided before arrival. I’ll definitely be coming back! :)

I honestly have nothing negative to say, the stay was wonderful in every way.

Nice and clean studio

The apartment was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice. Location is on a cute little canal and is extremely modern looking and felt brand new. We were extremely comfortable and had a good sleep. The bathroom was excellent - generally great vibes all round. It felt safe and the host made it very easy to get access etc
