Waterfront balcony I Grani 4 Resort Style Suite

Great apartment, good location near the centre, lots of natural light, cosy, quality furniture.

There was a slight mix-up with the house number, so we had to search a bit more. The wifi also wasn't accessible anymore after a general electricity outage, and we never received a response on how to restore it.

Great easy location to access centro. Great Communication with staff. Was nice to have a sunny balcony with a view for sitting and having a drink.

Wi-Fi was not always connecting. It was a little inconsistent, but not really a huge problem, unless you plan to work online. Would be nice to have laundry available for those who may want a longer stay because it is very comfortable to do longer state.

The apartman is situated in a very quiet area, was exactely as on the pictures, beautiful, spacious and clean. Amazing view from the balcony. Ruth was very nice and helpful, answered quickly all of our questions. Restaurants, pizzerias close to the apartman. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and would kindly recommend it to anyone. Thank you again for everything.

The apartment we booked was not available and we were upgraded to a nearby, larger one. The owner provided luggage storage and was very helpful with (and apologetic for the need to) change. A great experience in the heart of historic Livorno.
