Banks View, Spacious modern apartment in Filey.

Spacious clean and modern with a fantastic location

We were sent the code for the key safe but not any info of where the key safe or entry door were located

Location is brilliant. Very spacious ideal for a large family. Clean and well presented Cooking facilities…. No need to take anything Brilliant take away Chinese below… for the after drinks munchie’s Spar across the road for them forgotten items. Value for money

The only small thing for us….having a 6ft 4 hubby the beds were a bit uncomfortable for him as the frames have footers. However we managed fine and didn’t spoil our stay.

It has a very spacious first floor lounge with a very large corner sofa.  The lounge has a large dining table for meals with large flat screen tv. .  The kitchen is well equipped with everything one may need including a washing machine. On the second floor, are three bedrooms, a room with two singles, a room with two doubles, and a room with one double.  Separate bathroom and toilet are on first floor accommodation. It was used as a base for us playing golf at Filey, half a mile away.  There are some very nice Restaurants and bars, Banks Bar just opposite the apartment is lovely and there are Italian, Indian, Chinese restaurants within a few minutes walk plus a few pubs.  Access is adjacent to one of the shops on Murray Street at the rear down a small alley way. Very much enjoyed our stay. 

Only very minor is if you have more than 4 or 5, an extra toilet would help. Could consider bathroom / shower mat, but these are minor issues on whats an excellent apartment.

Absolutely stunning apartment, amazing location and comfy and cannot wait to come back next year.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

We found the apartment perfect for a visit to Filey. Right in the centre of the town and close to shops, restaurants and 5 minutes from the beach, yet very quiet. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and brilliantly clean with ample bedroom, dining room and kitchen areas and all the mod cons. Would definitely recommend a stay.
