Banks View, Spacious modern apartment in Filey.

Location was fab. Everything was practically on the doorstep. Owner communication was great and they answered all questions with a swift response. The apartment was clean tidy and comfy and had everything you could need including a washing machine. We didn't use it but with kids on a longer break than ours this would be a great help!

It was warm weather when we came and the apartment got very warm inside and retained the heat throughout the night. Obviously we came in summer and I imagine this is a benefit on cooler days

Clean, comfortable, spacious, well located and well equipped. Presented to a good standard with fresh carpets and newly decorated.

Missed that towels weren’t supplied which is a negative/ real nuisance and very unusual in my experience. Pillows were small and a bit light weight. Small criticisms when considering the whole experience.

So central, easy access to everything. Lovely decor felt homely. Will defo return.

Everything waa great, a toilet upstairs would be a bonus by bedrooms with small children as they had to go downstairs in night but was ok we just accompanied them.

Excellent apartment for a stay in the area. Huge size, nice and clean and well presented. We really enjoyed our stay and within a close drive to Bridlington and Scarborough as well

Very large apartment right in fikey Town centre .

The apartment is enormous! Easily accommodated 8 of us, fully equipped , clean and the location is incredible.

It would benefit from another toilet but that's a big ask.

Lovely apartment .very spacious lovely and clean.will definitely be booking again.

Just had a problem with the heating but we was out most of the time so it didn’t bother us.
