Staff are friendly and very efficient. Special mention to Dante - he did a very good job of cleaning the breakfast area, bringing out more food and was able to do it quickly, and provided help or assistance to the guests in a timely manner. Overall Dante was multitasking and was able to do everything patiently and efficiently.

So clean, up to date, great vibes!! The room was huge, the tv was super nice (you can play streaming platforms), breakfast and coffee was good and staff was friendly I’m staying at Atwell going forward!!

"Waardeloos hotel"

We hebben we dagen eerder deze boeking geannuleerd via Booking.com Het hotel reageerd niet op een verzoek voor terugbetaling. Waardeloos. Dit heb ik al lang niet zo slecht meegemaakt. Op maandag hebben we hier wel gelogeerd. We hebben hotel gebeld vanaf vliegveld voor transfer busje. Hotel zegt dat niet ging. Taxi geregeld, en 2 minuten later zien we het busje rijden. Bij het hotel aangekomen zeggen ze gewoon dat we niet gebeld hebben. Tenslotten wil ik hier niet meer slapen want het bed was slap en doorgezakt. Zeer slechte boordeling, maar met reden. ADA parking and the style of the rooms. The helpfulness of ONLY the front desk attendant on shift when I arrive at 11:59 pm May 1st. All other staff can bite me.

Location, convenience and amenities.

Bathroom, bathtub not clean. Hair from somebody prior so it could not have been cleaned at all. Gross!!!
