"Great hotel!"

The room was spacious, comfortable and very cleaning. I had some food for dinner and needed silverware and the staff were able to give me a set.

Beautiful room, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good breakfast

Just 2 very minor things - there was no bath mat for outside of the tub (I used a hand towel), and no cups at all in the room. I have medication I need to take with water. I was already dressed for bed so couldn’t go down to the desk in the lobby for one. I had to cup my hands for water. 🫤

"I was very comfortable, felt safe, and appreciated the tidiness."

I liked the friendly staff. I liked the breakfast, coffee, and array of snacks available to purchase. I liked the overall atmosphere, inside and outside.

I was very disappointed in the laundry services. The washing machine was so gross, moldy, and dirty that I turned right around and decided not to use the laundry facilities after all.
