I traveled alot and by far this is one of the best hotel I have stayed in. The staff was exceptional, building was clean and smelled great. The shuttle bus was on-time. Complementary drinks was right on time.

Not having the iron in the room. Not having enough food selection.

The staff was extremely kind and respectful. The room itself was beyond my expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had the best peaceful rest I have ever had at any hotel ever! Will for sure stay here again!

Very clean hotel and rooms are spaciuos

the cofffe bar- machines did not work, took a while to get them fixed. Kept running out of utensils, food in the breakfast area, and staff was taking a while to refill. Staff seemed annoyed that they had to bring out more spoons, forks, cream cheese, etc.
