The key to the apartment was the same as the key to the main entrance of the building, which means that in my understanding, anyone who had access to the stairwell could also enter our apartment. Considering there are many flats in the building, this felt very unsafe. On top of that, the bedding and pillows had a bad smell, and there were hairs everywhere (definitely not ours). Overall, the level of hygiene and cleanliness was very poor. The apartment was booked for 4 people, but we were only given 2 small towels. I strongly do not recommend this place.

Location was amazing and right in city centre, very cosy apartment with immaculate cleanliness and comfort. Owner was fab and was always there to help when assistance was required

The location was convenient and the property itself was fine, but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by issues with the deposit. I paid a deposit as requested, but after my stay, there has been no refund and no clear communication. It feels like they’re avoiding it. Very disappointing and unprofessional – be cautious if you’re booking here.
