Poor cleaniness, just a small towel per host and they have stains on it. Shower mat was still wet. No hair drier. Socket not working.

Very lovely property in a great location.

Communication with host poor Oven didn't work Smart tv functions advertised but no Internet available Overall condition of property poor and cleanliness lacking

Spacious apartment

The utensils were dirty, wet , towels were smelling, no hair dryer , very limited utensils , no extra towel / hand towels. Apartment was very cold .

It was filthy. Entrance hall to flat - dirty and unhoovered carpet. Dusty tv unit and window ledges Stained carpets, walls , skirting, light sockets. Filthy windows. Appalling furniture.Dilapidated. Worn out. Inadequate. Not furnished appropriately. Beds appalling. Mattresses thin and absolutely done. No crockery for 3 people. Crack rght across washhand basin. No plug for sink, heated towel rail filthy. Not fit for habitation by any self respecting person. Will provide photographs if you wish. "Host" agreed to refund one night minus cleaning charge. (Flat was filthy.) We left after first night. No refund as yet. So when will I get it????
