Duplex Studio 3 minute drive from Luton airport

It was a terrible cramped accommodation in the garage. I booked it for 4 people and was not a bed for children. The sofa couldn't even spread and was even broken

Location. Really close to Luton Airport , asda , restaurant and greggs. We were there only for 1 night as a stop for further travel so it did the job. Bed upstairs was comfortable. Stairs bit steep and u can't stand up in the " bedroom" . It was clean. Shower small but with good water pressure and temperature. Owner was approachable although had some delays replying to messages .

Not enough cups , cutlery, glasses etc, as we booked for 2 adults and 15 year old therefore we had to ask for extra mug. I don't think it would be possible to prepare any food there unless u buy ready meal that u can heat it up in a microwave . We decided to go for breakfast in nerby sizzling pub . ( there is greggs near by as well). Sofa bed wasn't really a sofa bed. Well we couldn't figured it out how to turn it to bed. Luckily our 15 year could fit on it without folding it out. Its not suitable for families with small kids and lots of suitcases as not enough room . But for singles/ couple as I night stop would be perfect. The biggest DISAPPOINTMENT was parking. We booked it for 2 reason: .location to Luton airport and free parking . As its garage conversion there is a driveway in front of it . Unfortunately the owner rent it out to someone and told us to park on the street. Bare in mind it is housing estate with lots of driveways . There is lots of cars everywhere so we had to park on the highest curb I ve seen in my life . Also due to owners driveway being full we could barely squeeze ( between cars and his house) with our suitcases. Also we have been informed we cannot step on their neighbour driveway therefore we had to lift the suitcases above the cars to be able to get to the studio.

Sofa bed uncomfortable, tv to big for the room, noisy toilet, stairs very narrow and steep. It's a garage that has been converted. Parking was not great.

Completely not as described. Very messy and dirty - black mould. We had to leave after 30 minutes as book elsewhere we are still waiting to hear from booking.com as we have requested a full refund.
