Cozy New 1BR Fame Residences Condo with Balcony

The property was in a good location, was extremely clean and felt very safe for a single traveller. Christina, the housekeeper was superb. Very polite, very helpful and friendly.

Nothing… I’m a bit wary of heights and thought that being on the 27th floor might worry me but I was fine and even managed to look out of the window a few times 😄 to be fair, the view was fabulous.

You cannot adjust the AC since its busted. No hot watet

Very modern apartment, had every utility and utensil you could want.

The address was not communicated very clearly on booking.com and in the arrival communication, but the host was reasonably responsive. However the full day electricity maintenance on day 3 was a big shock. Coming back to your room and you can't charge your phone, can't use your laptop, have no hot water or light in the bathroom. I am not saying it was intentional, but it still is the host's responsibility to be aware of regular+scheduled yearly maintenances when they allow to book a room.

The unit is facing a road that is busy and the honking of cars can be disturbing.

The location was good there were 24/7 convenience store around the building. Internet was fast plus the netflix.

First I was very disappointed on the day of our arrival, the co-host who's supposed to send us the smart lock door pin did not send us the information on time. I booked Oct 19 cause we will be arriving early morning of Oct 20. She did not send me the pin days before our stay so when we arrived in the unit at around 230AM on Oct 20 we were not able to enter the property. Contacted the host and co host and was able to receive a reply at 5ish AM. We were very tired from our long flight and did not get much sleep. Good thing is the building staff were so accommodating and nice to us. Second there were a lot of small cockroaches in the unit and they were everywhere. The unit is cramped with a lot of stuff and there was not much space for us to move around with our luggages.
