La possibilità di parcheggiare prima delle 15, e avere l’appartamento 1 ora prima. Arredamento in sala abbastanza carino. Camera da letto composta da due lettini separati . Check-in a distanza , Nicola è molto disponibile.

È un garage sotterraneo, perciò umido e senza le finestre grandi , solo piccoline in alto.

Spannende Unterkunft, der vorhandene Platz wurde gut ausgenuzt. Bad war sehr schön, Waschmaschine vorhanden. Hat alles was man braucht. Gute Preis-Leistung.

Sehr viele Mücken im August.

"Schöner Stop auf unserer Italienreise"

Die Gastgeber wohnten mit im Haus. Sie waren sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar. Die Ferienwohnung war nicht sehr groß. Man muss, zumindest zu viert den Tisch im Wohn-, Schlaf-, Ess- und Küchenbereich, zum Essen und Schlafen umräumen. Ansonsten war die Ferienwohnung aber schön eingerichtet und sauber. Ein kleines Manko war der fehlende Wasserkocher. Die Gastgeber haben bei Ankunft Milch, Kaffepads, Kekse und viele andere kleine Snacks vorbereitet. Den Außenbereich kann man nutzen. Wir haben diesen zum Abendessen und zum Grillen genutzt. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt auf dem Grundstück. Der Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe- 5 Minuten mit Auto.
