El Palacito Secreto Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa

The hotel is a true hidden gem. We stayed in the Sofia room, which features two large beds and overlooks the pool. Although the pool is small, it has a charming and relaxing atmosphere. The cocktails at the bar are excellent, and the breakfast is equally delicious. The Wi-Fi was also very reliable, which was a huge relief after experiencing connectivity issues throughout Mexico. One thing that would make the experience even better would be the addition of a small evening snack or restaurant service, as the hotel currently does not offer dining facilities at night. The location is not very central, but since we enjoy walking, this was not a problem for us. Last but certainly not least, the service truly made our stay exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit.

Enchanting place, beautiful architecture and antique furnishings, serene atmosphere. Had a wonderful massage, staff accommodated my request for early breakfast (30 min to 1 hr before regular time), great breakfast a la carte choices, pool was long enough for some laps, room and bathroom were very large, with nice balcony, very close to major city center attractions - overall wonderful.
