El Palacito Secreto Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa

This hotel was AMAZING! Beautiful rooms, fantastic pool. The staff was helpful (arranging rides, taking in laundry) and our room was cleaned daily. The wait staff was friendly, as was the bartender. Don't hesitate to book this lovely hotel.

This is a lovely oasis close to centre of Merida. Furnished with antiques the place is restful and the staff and owners were wonderful. Breakfast overlooking the garden was always a wonderful experience. The city centre is a pleasant walk or a very cheap uber ride. Very quiet location. Highly recommend this small hotel.

The hotel has absolutely magnificent exterior, lovely pools and visually appealing breakfast. The room is quite poor compared to the rest of hotel: there is no fridge in the room, shower had very poor water pressure and amenities are not impressive at all. For the high price per night, it is disappointing. Lack of parking is an issue, especially if you arrive at night where the streets are already crowded with parked vehicles. The breakfast visually great, but every bit is missing something. The manager is very knowledgeable though and ready to help, on a positive note.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Felt like I was truly at an Arabian castle.

Interior design was beautiful. Loved the ambiance. Great breakfast, good coffee. Very helpful staff. Organized and good service. Nice pool area. Good air conditioning in the room. Good ceiling fan. Nice big shower, spacious bathroom.

Mattress needs replacing. Pillows are hard and uncomfortable.
