The 20-minute walk into town through mostly deserted streets with many abandoned buildings was not great.

Wow- the feeling of a historic mansion. Was surprised that it is newly built quite recently. Definately recommend! Very good breakfast included. Walking distance to downtown.

The reception lady is very reserved did not feel wellcomed.

A very glamorous small hotel. Massive bed all very clean and comfortable.

Key kept getting stuck in the door - which was very frustrating.

We loved our stay at el Palacito. Once you cross the lobby it feels like you are in a different place, it is really peaceful with the trees and the fountain sounds on the background. Looks like each room is unique, we stayed at the Isabella room and really liked it, there is a big bathtub besides the shower. The included breakfast is pretty good: fruit, pancakes, coffee, and a entrée of your choice. The bed was huge and very comfortable

The hot water ran out after filling up the bathtub.

It really is a secret palace, once you enter the building it is so beautiful and special! The décor is immaculate, everything is very clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. Very instagramable location. Beds are very comfortable, the entire room is cozy and you have everything you need. The breakfast is also delicious! Pool is refreshing.

Probably the most beautiful property I have ever stayed at. The staff was accommodating and booked dinner for us. It was quiet and peaceful and the drinks were great.

I wish the curtains were a little thicker. Room could be sunny in the morning as well as outdoor lights. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing.

from arrival to departure the El Palacito Secreto team was very warm and welcoming, with plenty of suggestions to my inquires. the decor is lovely and full of detail, I walked the grounds admiring all the thought that was put into making this hotel so special. I stayed up stairs in suite Natalia and it was spacious and comfortable bed Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of options for a hot meal. There is a coffee/ tea and water station next to a great seating area to lounge at. also a full bar where yummy cocktails are being crafted. I highly recommend and will be back
