This is a stunningly, beautiful hotel. The staff were excellent. Everything was so clean and quiet.

The location was a little off the beaten path, but Ubers were really cheap

"Great place in unique building with a few little flaws"

Magical place in which we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We stayed in the Isabella room on the ground floor which was great. I'd definitely recommend to others.

A few areas needing improvement meaning I can't give 5 stars. The hotel had no ironing board, regularly ran out of pool towels and offered no alternative milks at breakfast. These are all easy fixes and would have made our stay perfect!

"I really enjoyed Merida, and the hotel was cosy."

The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The patio with the swimming pool is charming. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful,

The water pressure for the shower was quite low - at least in our room (which was in the upper level). Moreover, I would suggest slightly heating to the pool so you can use it after the sunset.

You enter a different world when you step inside the door to Palacito Secreto. The interior is a lovely oasis and the staff is wonderful. The breakfast and coffee were very good. The beds are comfortable.

The only downsides are the location is not lovely and the price wasexpensive.

Beautiful property with a gorgeous bar to hang out in at night and breakfast included. Lovely

Our room was a bit noisy as could here everything going on outside including the kitchen staff working at 5 am - we were right across the pool
