Clean comfortable caravan lots to do on park

Facilities like kitchen , entertainment such as TV, pool, kids play station etc

Wifi was very poor connection

The map of the caravan spot awfull to follow, took me 20 minutes to find where the caravan was situated had to ask maintenance on site where to find the caravan

The numbers on caravans are scattered aĺl over the place

No Hot water out shower WiFi never worked Check out time too early No saucepan for breakfast

Wasn’t very clean, no frying pan and toaster was not in a safe condition. Bedding wasn’t very clean either. But it was a place to sleep and eat for a couple of days and was ok

We liked our stay in the caravan. It felt secured and the location is nice.

Would have been better if the beddings and towels were provided. Would have given a higher rating. Also, there was a gas problem on the last night and last morning of our stay. Found out through the owner that it was a site problem. Hasn't been sorted out until we checked out. To be fair it was the new year so probably not enough staff were around to sort it out. Owner was easy to get in touch with.

The location and surrounding

The facilities were closed throughout the stay. My children were expecting to swim and use the facilities. There was no hot water in the shower throughout the stay so all seven of us could not shower for five days.
