Location of the property was good

Very smelly when we entered the property Dirty floor and stained sofa. Very small and uncomfortable beds

The caravan was not clean on arrival. Dirty bedding was left on the table. So first I need to tidy the place before doing anything else. There are stains on the carpets in the living /dining area. Cobwebs in the kitchen and on the lighting in the living area. Bedmaterac doesn't look very clean as well. Could not connect to WiFi. (Tried several times). The owner called on the night of our arrival and apologised for the inconvenience, but still, when are you going to stay somewhere l expected the place to be cleaned.

Good location

The caravan was nice. And the owner was lovely when i spoke to her. Thank you for letting us your caravan

We had no cleaning items, just a long brush and a small dust pan, a light that didn't work in small bedroom, nest of tables that wobble so didn't use them. Solar lights on deck that had been broken on the floor and the ones that were on were falling of

Proximity to amenities

The caravan was dirty especially the bathroom and previous occupants had left dirty bedding and pillows which actually had body fluids. These however were not removed and we found them in the caravan. There was no storage space for the host bedding.

The caravan we stayed in was amazing and the site it's self was brilliant there was lots for the kids to do.

One of the bed mattresses was not that comfortable to sleep on so some of us didn't have a great sleep as we had to keep moving beds so we could sleep properly

It was very cosy and comfortable.Spacious and had plenty of space. The fire feature was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped.

The plumbing was an issue. All the sinks, toilets and shower was blocked which caused problems as it was unhygienic. This affected the mood. We reported it and was told to use the plunger under the sink. It did not resolve the issue. If we were staying for a long period of time, I would have requested to change the caravan.
