Upscale Modern Townhouse at Balboa Park

The location was great right across from Balboa Park and 5 minutes from the airport. Little Italy is also close. The rooms were large and it had a garage in a gated area so that was also appreciated.

It was not very clean. There were fingernail clippings on the coffee table, a lighter left on the outdoor furniture seat. The couch in the living room was really dirty and there were a lot of black flies (probably around 15) in the unit even though we didn't have the doors or windows open. I took a video of the flies but can't attach it. There was no screen door on the patio so we chose not to open it so the fly problem wouldn't get worse. We asked for early arrival but were told that the cleaning crew could not accommodate that so I was expecting the place to be a little cleaner when we arrived. It is also directly in the airport flight path so you can hear the airplanes very well.

תחזוקה לא ככ טובה של הבית. המושבים של כל האסלות זזות, היו סתימות של המילים גם במקלחת וגם בשירותים וגם במטבח. גם הניקיון דורש שיפור- הספות מלוכלכות, ולא היה נעים לשבת, המרפסת בחוץ גם לא מטופלת. מצאתי תחתוני אישה על הרצפה, סימן שלא ניקו את הבית לפני בואנו. לא ככ פתחנו את החלונות בגלל רעש המטוסים. גם הווילונות רב היום מוגפים כי החלונות ממש בגובה הרחוב

Fab location beautiful property great communication with host if we ever return to San Diego we would not hesitate to book to stay here again

Didn’t realise how close to flight path we were but that didn’t affect our stay

Casa bellissima, ben tenuta. Pulita. Ottima posizione. Ricca di dettagli tra cui caffè, articoli per la pulizia di stoviglie e vestiti

The location was great - right near everything and we used UBER to get to meals, Zoo, Trolley, train, airport

Several times when I had questions - ie is there a hot tub? - the person in the office didn't know. Also the persons didn't know how to give me directions - all they would give me is a google map ! which I can do at home. I wish we had known that we could walk into Balboa Park museums (!) - didn't see them until the last day on the trolley ride ~ and we had to search for our own eating places - we didn't cook at all - just coffee in the morning

The space was inviting and as nice as advertised. Plenty of room for entire group and plenty of towels, pillows, etc.

Though the interest was out when we first got there the property manager took quick action to resolve.

Location was excellent and the unit was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5
