Dirty , people clearly living in the “guest house” and so their belongings are all over the shared areas leaving it dirty and very unkept, no reception on tv , bugs . Putrid smell a mix of “herbal” cigs, sweat and old food .

There were bugs on the bed really bad experience

The guy who lives in the house and does all the cleaning tries his best and is really responsive.

The bedbugs, the constant smell of weed and people smoking in their rooms with no consequences.

If you are desperately looking for a place to stay to attend Goodwood Festival of Speed, please consider that choosing this accommodation will ruin your experience. We had to wait half an hour to get into our room. The beds were undone and the sheets were full of smears. The smell inside the room was unbearable. The level of hygiene in the bathroom and in the kitchen was very low. The following morning, the owner tried to scam us by sending us a message telling us to leave the room because, according to them, we have booked a room for 2 instead of a room for 3. After showing evidence of the room we have booked, we were allowed to stay in the room. The process took hours and we missed Thursday morning at Festival of Speed. And that was just the beginning. Every night, new people would come to the house searching for the room they have booked, and they would find someone else sleeping in the room. This used to happen basically every night. It's hard to tell how many people have been scammed in just one weekend. We had to clean the bathroom, the kitchen and undo our beds ourselves. We have been asked 30 £ for having the sheets washed. The oven doesn't work. On top of that, it doesn't matter how many times you lock the main door on the road: you can come back a few minutes later and find it open. We couldn't figure out who opened the door every single time. Please, choose a different house.
