Reasonably designed appartement in a large resort on really nice and calm place. Great sunsets.
Terribly maintained, most of kitchen equipment awfull and sticky. Almost no internet access at least in our appartement.

Location, ideal for exploring Normandy. Accommodation is basic and clean. Two bedrooms, one for the kids, one for us, small kitchenette and dining room. Ideal for breakfast and light dinner.
Sponge and washing up liquid and a few dishwasher tablets would have made life easier.

Location is hard to beat. Beautiful location on Omaha beach. Enjoy the sunsets and sunrise! Very close to walk to the American WW2 Cemetery. Close to other D-Day monuments and important sites. Great as a base camp for D-Day tourism. Good rooms, nice beds (a bit stiff). But all in all we are satisfied. Nice to be able to buy groceries to be able to fix breakfast or cook meals. Everything you can expect and need is in the kitchen. Nice shower, warm water, good water pressure.
A couple of things: - Very limited reception opening hours (September), that led to difficulties to contact the reception to confirm a very late arrival. Without confirmation, we did not know if they would leave a key for us when we arrived. We tried to contact them several times over a couple of weeks without getting anyone to talk to, and left multiple messages through the Booking app. - The resort blamed the lack of response on Booking.com. And Booking.com could not get in contact with the resort. So I can only assume the cooperation between Booking.com and the resort is quite poor. The customer is the one that is negatively effected. - Lack of WIFI in the rooms/bungalows. - Not perhaps a negative thing, but you will be dependent on your own car to get around from this location.
