The bar of the club only opens at 11 am We can’t reach the wifi at the rooms Late communication & Unclear check in: We sent a message about checking in late to the manager of the property through booking and we only received a response after 3 and a half days (after already checking in). As we had a late check in we didn’t know the instructions of how to get in. Luckily we knocked on a door nearby reception and it was the girl from reception and she helped us! So, I think there should be a more clear message with instructions for the check in.
