New two room apartment close to stadium and downtown on a park

C’est très bien situé dans Denver, l’appartement est propre. Le propriétaire est très réactif et réponds immédiatement aux messages lorsque l’on rencontre une difficulté.

We liked the unit very much! Simply and comfortable with everything you need to stay in. Full kitchen . It’s also a good area, especially if you have a dog. Big park across the road. Friendly neighborhood. For sure I would like to stay for a second time.

Great communication with the owner—very quick responses. It is a very nice place, located close to the center of Denver. There is a park nearby that is not far from stores and food. It was clean and comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay. The owner agreed to let us bring a cat, and I really appreciate it.

There was a keurig and coffee pods and creamer provided along with a basket of goodies and bottled water. Really appreciated the coffee. It was beautifully furnished and the bed was super comfy. The kitchen was well appointed. We only used it for coffee and snacks, but you could cook a meal there. Great flat screen TV as well. It is located in a residential neighborhood and only half a block to a park.

When we first arrived, we couldn't find the bedroom. You have to go through the bathroom to get into the bedroom. We thought we were expected to sleep on the sleeper sofa! After calling the owner, Alex, we learned that there was indeed a bedroom behind the bathroom. When we opened the bathroom door, it visually covered the door leading to the bedroom. Turned out to be a lovely bedroom with sliding glass door, great bed and adequate storage for clothes.

I really enjoyed how close the property was to so many cool places. We had access to food, entertainment and essentials all within walking distance. The area was beautiful and safe. Football fans: this property was a 5 minute walk away from the Denver Broncos Stadium! Coming from someone who doesn’t live in a big city, I was pleasantly surprised at how easily I was able to get around this area without my car.

I have no complaints.
