New two room apartment close to stadium and downtown on a park

Great location to walk to meow wolf or empower stadium. Free on street parking. Felt safe. Walking distance to Mexican restaurants.

Smelled of past smoker. The one bathroom is in middle of apartment so you must walk through it to get to bedroom. No control of A/C or heat. There is a floor fan in bedroom.

the bedroom is facing the street . i dare not to open the window or curtian. i do not want my bedroom to be seen by outsider during my stay

This owner advertised the property, I booked it and paid at the time of booking then the next morning, on my arrival day, I get a message saying it hasn't been available for a week. WTF. It took a week to get my money back and I had to find somewhere else. These private amateur owners should be banned from booking.com, not the first time I have been stiffed by a privately managed accommodation at the last moment. Steer clear of this dump.

Location , cleanliness, hospitality

Kitchen is not complete, could use some kitchen towels, large bowls and a cart next to it for more counter space. I only mention this because I have severe food allergies and need to cook

Alex is a great host: he provided me with any informations I needed to get in the property easily. The apartment is super comfy and all the furnitures are good quality and taste! Super recommended!
