ESTEPONA RADA BEACH ABC APARTMENTS & ESTUDIOS A

Situated withing strolling distance of everything in Estepona, this is a lovely bright space with very comfortable bed. Access is straightforward, the building in which studio is located is very quiet and is almost on the promenade close to all areas of interest.

There is nothing we didn't like. We wanted a small, bright and clean studio space as a base. In our case having a balcony, more space etc was not a consideration.

Near the beach. The studio was compact with most of the essentials supplied. The studio is in a safe environment and noise was minimal.

Veey clean and central apartment to beach, bars and restaurants also the marina and old town.

Communication with Edgar was excellent, he answers very quickly. The location is amazing, every necessity is in a short foot-distance around the apartment and it is close to the center with all the restaurants & bars. The apartment is really small, but the space is well used.

I was surprised by the additional security deposit, but I got it back after our stay without any issues. This is not the fault of Edgar, he gave us instructions where to park, but be aware of where you put your car. You can park it 2 (very small) blocks away without any issues inside the white markings. Just dont put it in Calle Ceuta. The spot seemed fine, others were parking there as well, but all of the cars got a 200€ fine.

Unfortunately, our experience with this property was disappointing. Communication with the property manager was very difficult from the beginning. Phone calls were never answered, and the only way to get access to the building was to contact the administrator via WhatsApp. Finding the apartment itself was unnecessarily complicated, requiring multiple access codes and unclear instructions. The listing is also misleading. The photos suggest apartments with a sea view, but in reality, we were given a unit facing other buildings located extremely close to the windows. As a result, the apartment was quite dark and felt enclosed. There was also no balcony, which was another disappointment. To make matters worse, despite several requests, the administrator never provided an invoice for our stay. The only real advantage of this property is its proximity to the beach. However, for this price, there are definitely much more attractive and better-managed options nearby.

The location was exceptional, the apartment was superb and Edgar the host was very helpful. The check in process was seamless. 1 min walk from the beach front and 10 min walk to centre. Would stay here again

Het afwerkingsniveau, de uitstraling. De loggia en de locatie. Het appartement is nieuw en mooi uitgevoerd. De loggia is erg knus en je kijkt op een plein. Het appartement ligt 3 min. Lopen van het strand.

Appartement is meer een studio dan appartement. Alleen de badkamer is een aparte ruimte met een deur. Bed is kort voor een Nederlander van 190 cm. Toilet en douche klein. Voor grote mensen niet ideaal. De eettafel is een klaptafel aan de muur, om ruimte te besparen, lijkt het.

We stayed at the studio and had a very comfortable stay. I really appreciated that we had everything we needed, pots, pans, spices, oil, cleaning supplies, lots of towels, beach towels too, beach umbrellas, chair…everything to make you worry free. The host was very helpful, he provided information about good restaurants in town, prompt in changing our linens and towels when needed, clear instructions for a smooth check in and check out. We totally recommend the place, a bigger place even better, the location is absolutely fantastic, the beach is the best and there are plenty of grocery stores around. As a side note, the best restaurant experience was La Escollera, what a place, chaotic, full of life and fresh seafood, no fuss, just good food!
