ESTEPONA RADA BEACH ABC APARTMENTS & ESTUDIOS A

Appartement mit guter Ausstattung.

Das Appartement hatte keinen richtigen Balkon, nur Schiebefenster zum Öffnen der Fenster. Bad und Schlafzimmer hatten überhaupt kein Fenster. Das Appartement war insgesamt zu klein. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde das Treppenhaus renoviert. Dadurch hatte bis in die Abendstunden Baulärm. Der Fahrstuhl war ziemlich klein und ständig durch die Bauarbeiten verdreckt.

Gute Lage

Sehr kleines Zimmer, mit kleinem Badezimmer, getrennt durch eine Plastikwand. Es war schwer in den Wohnbereich zu kommen, da die Haupteingangstür verschlossen war (selbst check in), Nachbarn öffneten die Türe, durch läuten.

Super gute Lage und sehr schöne Wohnung. Besser kann es gar nicht sein.

Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster geht in einen Innenhof - ist im Sommer wegen des Klimas aber bestimmt Klasse.

La ubicación y las instalaciones

Fantastic location - walk out the door to the beach & pedestrian walkway. Grocery store is a short walk away. The ocean is visible from the small balcony - not the best view but decent. The apt faces a public square with a cafe & restaurant, etc. The apartment is small but cozy. Bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed. Its the livingroom & kitchen that are compact but functional. The pedestrian walkway is beautiful along the ocean & excellent landscaping. The host was very responsive & nice guy ! Proximity to the touristy area of Estepona - about 10 minutes walk along the ocean boardwalk & safe area even at night as its quite busy walking area.

No parking spot where you can stop to unload your luggage - but there are no parking zones nearby where you can park for a short stop. But we managed with street parking. Street parking is free so thats what we did rather than a parking garage that is nearby. Had to do a few laps before finding a spot but always found one & explored the neighborhood at the same time.

Ήταν πολύ μικρό δεν μπορούσες να κάνεις μπάνιο πολύ μικρό χτυπούσες παντού χωρίς πόρτα ή τουαλέτα με μια απλά κουρτίνα το έβλεπες δίπλα εκεί που κοιμόσουν Δεν μαρεσει ήταν χάλια

Mooi appartement dichtbij het strand, alles erop en eraan. Goede communicatie met Edgar over de aankomst en info over het gebied. Parkeren is wat lastiger maar binnen 5 min lopen is er altijd wel een gratis parkeerplek te vinden.
