Good location, close to promenada

Very small (doubt if even 25 sq/m), bed shorter than standard (I am 195 cm) and my feet were hanging. Very poor sound insulation and window facing the square where all night is noisy

Brak słów - jedno wielkie oszustwo i absolutna tragedia.
W pokoju znajdowały się pluskwy oraz inne owady, w tym karaluchy i mrówki w łazience. Po dwóch nocach pojawiły się u nas liczne ugryzienia, swędzenie i ślady po owadach w pościeli. To absolutnie nieakceptowalne warunki – nie tylko niehigieniczne, ale wręcz niebezpieczne dla zdrowia. Zgodnie z ustaleniami z przedstawicielem Booking.com mieliśmy otrzymać pełny zwrot pieniędzy oraz rekompensatę, ponieważ obiekt nie spełniał podstawowych standardów. Zamiast tego właściciel odmówił pełnego zwrotu, a dodatkowo bezpodstawnie zatrzymał 250 € kaucji, mimo że mieszkanie zostało pozostawione w nienagannym stanie. Przez wiele dni po wyjeździe regularnie pisaliśmy do właściciela i Booking.com, wysyłaliśmy nagrania wideo i zdjęcia wykonane po opuszczeniu mieszkania, które jasno pokazują rzeczywisty stan obiektu oraz obecność owadów. Mimo dostarczenia wszystkich dowodów:
- właściciel przestał odpisywać,
- Booking.com umywa ręce, nie egzekwuje wcześniejszych ustaleń i nie pomaga w odzyskaniu kaucji. Właściciel potrafi wymyślać szkody, które nigdy nie miały miejsca, aby zatrzymać pieniądze gości. To skrajnie nieuczciwe, nieprofesjonalne i manipulacyjne zachowanie. Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt!
Jeśli nie chcecie stracić pieniędzy, nerwów ani walczyć o swoje prawa tygodniami - omijajcie to miejsce szerokim łukiem.
