Great location...beach 5 mins away...shops very near...

A very clean and spacious apartment, with everything you could require on a self catering accommodation, fast WiFi connection, comfortable sitting area with loads of amenities.

Having to use the safe lock every time to enter from the street as it was hard to read at night with my poor eyesight 😀

Very convenient location,clean spacious with a lovely sunny terrace and near the pool . The free WiFi was a welcome bonus.

The location of the property was excellent. It was near everything-close to lots of really good restaurants, We never had to walk more than 5mins to a restaurant, 5 mins walk to clothes shops, such as Mango and Bershka, Supermarket directly across the road. 5 mins walk to the beach. 10 mins walk to water park. It really was a fabulous location. I would definitely return to this property. Having two bedrooms for a couple and two teenagers was wonderful. Very spacious bathroom. Having the pool was fantastic with plenty of communal sun loungers available. Everyday, there was somebody working on general maintenence of the communal area, cleaning pool, painting or chopping back the big palm trees.

As the property is located in the main thorough fare, this comes with drawbacks such as noise. It is peaceful to the back of the property but the main bedroom has a lot of noise pollution. I was fine using ear plugs though, so it didn't bother me. Our arrival to the property didn't go smoothly. We were arriving at about 9.30pm and the picture they sent us of the wall and gate with the lockbox needs updating as a few new lock boxes have been added since the photo was taken. This threw us off and we were wandering around the property looking for the gate we needed. There are many gates to the property. We ended up ringing the emergency number given and they answered immediately. It would be great to have some larger towels as the towels were very small for drying after showering. As mentioned in previous reviews, the hot water tank is very small so showers need to be staggered as hot water runs out quickly. The individual terraces to the apartments is curious. It seems that each apartment was responsible for building their own terrace and pathway to the swimming pool. This looks a bit hodge podge, and this particular apartment had it's own terrace but no pathway,which meant stepping across an earth path which made your shoes mucky, so we ended up using the neighbours pathway which felt intrusive.

I love this complex. The accommodation was a good size. Bed was comfortable.

I spoke to 2 different people at Best Holidays, Gemma who seemed pleasent and helpful, and Valentina whos comments on the cockroach situation are following. On arrival I had not been given proper instructions how to open the front door. I managed through trial and error but then could only enter through the patio doors until they had inspected and done something to the door. I still couldnt get in and the maintenance man came back and had to show me how to get in. General maintenance appaling. had not been deep cleaned when i arrived, marks in shower and outside table filthy. Large gaps at side and under door causing problems with cockroaches. When I expressed my concern Valentina commented "maybe not everyone is as frightened of cockroaches as you" like it was my attitude and not the cockroaches that were the problem. They sent someone called Jorge to fill the gaps, he was quite rude and abrupt. Cracking plaster, broken shelf in fridge, dirty shower heads, leaking boiler with a pot underneath to catch drips.
