Everything was disgusting had a bag over the smoke alarm felt like I slept on a rock. Were rips in the bedding.

We didn't like anything

The bed had bugs, w tried to reach out to the property contacts but they ignored us and even blocked us. We ended up looking for accommodation somewhere else and we are failing to get a refund even after sending an email.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. I actually put the blame on booking.com. You guys shouldnt be allowed to let out apartments. You offer no guarantees and let hosts scam guests by placing fake photos that are nothing representative of the actual property and offer rubbish customer services when you escalate concerns to them. Please just stick to hotels that actually have a reputation to consider, and not every hold in a wall you can make a quick buck from. This was as depressing as staying in a 3rd world country - and I am from one so I should know!

Where do I even begin! First, the check in instructions were wrong as the lock box did not work. I tried calling the number and it kept getting declined and someone eventually sent me a text asking what i wanted. After repeated messaging eventually I got an apology and was asked to a hotel nearby to pick up the keys. I eventually sauntered into the property and it was dusty, the bathroom had a smell of sewage that wafted into the room, the place does NOT look anything like the photos, the bedding was dirty, old and tired...I was depressed. There is NO internet, the bathroom sink leaked everytime you used it, so I was constantly cleaning, I got harrassed several times for parking in the allotted parking space by very rude guards and had to prove again and again that I was a guest...i could go on and on and on and on. The property has promise, but is is obvious the host doesn't care. What could have been an okay stay turned out to be a harrowing gut wrenching and horrid experience. This will DEFINITELY be going into my memoirs in a chapter titled "I survived!"

I recently stayed at Sky Rooms One Bedroom Modern Studio Apartment 1 and honestly, it was perfect from start to finish. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully furnished. Everything looked exactly like the photos — sleek decor, comfortable bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, close to shops, transport links, and plenty of places to eat. It was super convenient for exploring the area. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a modern and comfortable stay. Thanks again for a brilliant experience!

One of the absolute best parts was the host’s communication. His response rate was perfect — every message was answered quickly and helpfully, making check-in and any questions smooth and stress-free.

No WIFI as stated on the advert. Bugs infestation in the room

Area, room, temperature, hygine, facilities kettle didnt work.

Absolutely disgusting, had to leave early due to the fact there was BED BUGS all over the bed. Nasty smell coming from the sink. Would never come here again.
