Gran ático con terraza en el centro de Alicante

The keys were in a lock box at the entrance to the property. The owner sent us the code the day before, it was simple, great communications. The apartment was fantastic and very well appointed. Everything is spotlessly clean, there is outdoor and indoor seating for six and it is modern and fresh. There is a lift to the third floor if you can't manage the steps. It is located 30 seconds walk from the central market which offers a huge selection of fresh fish, meats, fruit, vegetables and bread. The apartment has a barbecue which we used twice while we were there. The apartment has a large terrace which is really important to us as we like to spend as much time as possible outside. The terrace has a cover/shade which can be opened or closed easily to provide shade/shelter if needed. The walk to the beach takes about ten minutes and there are hundreds of bars and restaurants nearby.

It couldn't have been better. An additional bathroom would have been a bonus but we knew there was only one before we went. It wasn't a problem for us and we would definitely go back. We highly recommend this place.

Apartament sprawdził się nam świetnie, byliśmy w grupie sześcioosobowej i niczego nam nie brakowało. Trzy komfortowe sypialnie, w każdym pokoju była klimatyzacja, duży salon z kuchnią i cudowny taras, na którym można było przyjemnie spędzić czas. Nie możemy również przyczepić się do sprzątania, apartament był w znakomitym stanie, cały czyściutki. Lokalizacja również nam odpowiadała, bardzo blisko dużo sklepów spożywczych, przystanki, żeby się dostać na pobliskie plaże, a do portu szło się zaledwie 15 minut po prostej linii. Komunikacja z gospodarzem również była świetna. Spełnił każdą naszą prośbę i odpisywał o każdej godzinie :)) Bardzo polecamy apartament, spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania a nawet więcej.

La casa era bellissima, pulita e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La terrazza molto bella con presenza di barbecue perfetto per una cena estiva. Presenza di tutti i confort. Inoltre la posiziona è centrale 10 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro della città e al porto di alicante. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Ritorneremo sicuramente

L'appartement est idéalement situé au centre ville. Très confortable et très bien équipé. La terrasse est juste incroyable et le barbucue est la cerise sur le gâteau. Le propriétaire est très réactif et toujours à l'écoute. Nous l'avons sollicité à deux reprises et à chaque fois, nous avions une réponse pratiquement immédiatement.
