"Superb"

Great location. Lovely terrace and lounge area. Well furnished. Good contact arranging checkin and access. Would return and recommend to others.

Only one bathroom. The flat comes up under filters with Booking.com for min 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

"Great stay in an amazing location"

Absolutely amazing location, all the main attractions were nearby. Amazing terrace and we definitely enjoyed having the grill for bbqs. Everything was clean

Not that we didn’t like but there weren’t as many utensils ( forks and knives especially), could do with bigger pans. Rooms were a bit small but it’s a small minus, everything else was great

"Nice central apartment"

Apartment was nice and clean and in perfect location. Bedrooms are quite small, but kitchen and living room is big enough for 6 persons. Terrace was big enough as well, grill good and clean. Apartment has all you need for cooking and living.

Communication with owner great. Location great, right beside Market and bus to/from airport with everything right beside you. Apartment size great. Got an early check in was is always helpful. Absolutely everything you need in the apartment. Very clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if going back to alicante.

No negatives and if pushed I would say a bottle of water in the fridge is the only thing I can think of to improve.

"Good place to relax"

Nicely decorated, clean apartment with a wonderful terrace. In December, it was already cool, but the heating worked inside. On the top floor you are above the noise of the city. Location close to an excellent market hall.

The elevator did not work

Fantastic apartment, fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive! We loved having a barbecue on the terrace, and the air conditioning was a huge plus during our stay. The apartment's central location is perfect—just 2 minutes from the Mercado and a 10-minute walk to the beach. I absolutely recommend this little gem and I will be back !

Nothing to declare here to be honest, everything was perfect
