"Great Staffs moorlands base"

Clean, tasteful. Off street parking. Easy checkin. Comfy beds. Local pub within walking distance and good location for our walk in the Roaches.

"Adequate for 1 night but having no WiFi not good and no comfort"

Enclosed garden and it was cosy

Didn’t have WiFi code couldn’t get Netflix sofas really uncomfortable, found it basic and neighbours were really noisey with loud music banging away and doors slamming. I found the tv picture wasn’t clear slightly blurred. Expensive for the facilities

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Lovely that it was decorated.for Christmas. Excellent shower and appreciated the toiletries. Prompt, clear communication from owner.

"Awful place and awful host"

Nothing rude host,Blamed us for them not sending out any details for the stay and then decided not to answer any calls

Hosts where very rude didn't care about the consequences of what happened.They didn't send any check in details over then blamed us for it.We had two soaking wet children one of which is highly autistic.I explained this she messaged back the next day after refusing to take any calls or reply to any messages blaming us again.We contacted booking.com and they made the shot refund us.Neighbours next door are having huge issues with them as well so don't stay.Worst stay I have ever had on booking.com.Do not stay here they are the worst types of people.

"Lovely and clean little bungalow"

Lovely and clean little bungalow- Perfect for our Alton Towers break, only 20 mins away. Great value for money. Very grateful for the tea, coffee and milk left for us! Would defo book again :)
