Excellent communication from host. Clean and tidy. Tea and coffee making facilities on arrival. Adequate parking. Good location. Twin beds comfortable.

Double and sofa bed a little uncomfortable sadly making for a broken night's sleep.

"Great property, clean, easily accessible and perfect for what we needed!"

We had a lovely time, the house was clean, easy to access, and the shower was amazingly good! Tea, coffee and milk included was great, this place easily rivalled any of the 4 star hotels that I stay in.

To make the experience even better, a fan in each room would have been perfect! The main bedroom gets a bit hot at nighttime and a standing fan would have been awesome :)

"We would stay again."

It was a lovely place to stay. We had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable.

There were air fresheners in every room. This was a bit overwhelming as 2 of us are allergic to smellies. We didn't communicate this with the host, so they weren't to know.

Nice quiet area - the drive enabled us to pull up and unpack quickly once we'd arrived. The provision of tea, coffee milk and washing up liquid was very welcome. We only booked for one night so we could maximise our time at Alton Towers the following day so location was perfect

No complaints at all - we had to move furniture to find plugs which was fine as we're healthy and mobile but could be an issue for some
