GBSpacious cottage well maintained and clean. Very near Warner Brothers studio.
The coffee machine was broken during our stay. Reported but not replaced. The heating in the property is inadequate. There is a small electric wall mounted heater in each room, which when cold outside do not provide enough heat to warm the propriety, even when turned up on full power.
GBIt was a great place if you were to take a dog, the front and back had gates and high fence. The owner sent a number so he was on hand if we had any problems ( which we didn't) but it was nice to have that. The accommodation was really comfortable. Literally ten mins from Harry Potter studio!
Only one thing it was very cold when we arrived, it took a long time to warm up, but it did eventually. A file with info about the locality would have helped, we did use Google

It was very cold when we arrived. The TV didn’t work. There was no lightbulb in the bedside lamp. The mattress in the single room was on a slant.

No dishwasher We could hear a wild animal scratching around the wall of the back bedroom in the back garden at night. Not sure what it was but when I looked outside during the day there was a pile of rubble where it had been digging and some holes in the bottom of the wall. This needs to be rectified.

Just a niggle- no hand soup in property and could do with a small light in kitchen rather than having to put main lights on - would make it cosy at night
