Hamza was a fantastic host - knowledgeable, kind, and eager to make our stay great! He spent time sharing detailed recommendations for things to do, and every single one turned out to be truly excellent. He clearly knows Zadar incredibly well. The apartment itself was amazing!! Immaculately clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The balcony view was spectacular and made the stay even better. We truly appreciated Hamza’s hospitality and would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely old town flat, located right in the centre—just steps away from all the restaurants, bars, and historic sights like St. Donatus Church and the Roman ruins. The location couldn't be more ideal if you're looking to explore the city on foot. The apartment itself was spotless—extremely clean, which is very important to me. Fresh, crisp bedding and soft white towels made it feel like a luxury stay. There’s also a hairdryer provided, which was super convenient. The flat is very well equipped, with a kitchen that includes a mini fridge, coffee machine (with pods provided!), a kettle, and all the pots and utensils you'd need if you want to cook. The host even left some sweets and bottled water to get started—such a thoughtful touch! The living area has a flat-screen TV and strong Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Ice cole air conditioning!Despite being in the centre, the apartment is incredibly quiet at night thanks to soundproof balcony doors. I didn’t hear a thing from outside, and the building itself is peaceful and calm. Another highlight was the host—very responsive and helpful. He lives in the same building, which made communication easy if anything came up (though everything was perfect from the start). Highly recommend this flat for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay in the heart of the old town!
